Wally is Rin's caretaker and the only being who can come to her house unannounced. He is extremely protective of her. He has quite the mellow personality and enjoys embracing the wonder of life and all its oddities to the fullest. He loves dressing in colorful clothes and styles, and believes whimsy is an inherent part of life. He does not have a set space for himself, so he is most commonly found in Rin's house, otherwise he is roaming around somewhere. He is a concentrated autism holder and would completely redecorate every aspect of our home if given the chance.
